Regarding Pay: There's a $1000-$2000 upfront payment, to be received After the contract has been signed. The back-end commission can take take 6-12 months to receive (when deal closes), but it PAYS Very Well...so it's very worthwhile to build a pipeline and keep going, no matter what. We need you to find the sellers. In-house leads may eventually be available after we see that you can bring in the appointments.

We are seeking motivated, experienced Advisors for a 1099 independent contractor position to source Texas Business Sellers and set qualified appointments with my Business Broker.
Important Note: This role is not for everyone. The sales cycle can be lengthy (typically 6–12 months to get paid), but it pays very well. The earning potential is very strong for the right individual that's willing to build a pipeline & run non-stop, full speed ahead.
In this role, you will be responsible for finding your own leads, setting appointments, and ensuring prospects attend their scheduled meetings with our Business Broker. Once the appointment is completed, our team takes over the process.
Ideal Candidate:
• Highly self-motivated and financially driven
• Resourceful in generating your own leads
• Skilled at building rapport and “warming up” prospects
• Capable of selling the value of the appointment and guiding motivated business owners toward a confidential consultation
We are not necessarily looking for hardcore salespeople. We are looking for professionals who can establish trust, clearly communicate the benefits of a tax-efficient exit strategy, and successfully get qualified sellers to the first meeting. We just need you to "Sell the Appointment".
Two Opportunities Available,
Commission Only:
1. Business Advisors / Consultants: An ideal candidate will have experience in tax, legal, financial services, or real estate. Consultants are also onboarded with our parent company, receive ongoing training, attend company meetings, and are eligible for full commission along with additional sales opportunities within the firm.
2. Appointment Setters: Open to motivated individuals without specialized tax, legal, financial, or real estate experience. These roles typically start with a 50/50 commission split.
